La Tabla

La Tabla, which means ‘board’ (as in surf board in Spanish) is a breakfast and lunch spot that offers fresh wholesome food.

They have organic coffee and tea, as well as protein shakes and healthy smoothies.

La Tabla also works with local farms and sources locally as much as possible, choosing organic when available and makes sense.  It also reduces its environmental impact by not using plastic and encouraging customers to purchase a Mason jar to reuse for juice/protein shake orders to go.

The café’s small size provides little storage space so fresh ingredients are delivered and used every day.

Excellent seafood dishes.  The tilapia imperial is superb.  The wine selection is impressive, and if you would rather have a cocktail, they have a full bar.  The atmosphere is spectacular, and they can accommodate a more private, intimate setting, or a more boisterous, fun atmosphere for friendly gatherings.  Located in the Miracle Mile section of Vero Beach, Bonefish Grill is destination for an anniversary, celebration, or casual gathering with friends.  It makes for a great dinner and theater night out as it is close to Vero’s theater too.

 

 

The Crab Stop of Sebastian

 

A seafood restaurant on the river.  Great location, great view, great food.  My wife and I just visited this place.  It has only been open for a few months and it looks promising.  I had the clam strips and my wife defaulted to a burger (although they have a delicious two patty burger).  They have a good happy hour and the dishes looked good.  We most definitely are going to try this place again.
